Silage Pit Liner

First introduced in the 1970s, H D Sharman's Plygene Silage Pit Liner has proved itself to be one of the most efficient, long-lasting and cost-effective means of making better, cheaper silage.

It is available for all types of silage structures and is very easy to fix - quickly creating a rugged and robust airtight seal, thereby accelerating fermentation and preventing acid and effluent damaging the walls. The high temperatures and pressures generated by the silage enable the Plygene to mould itself to the contours of the walls. With little or no maintenance, accelerated production and the elimination of waste, cost per tonne can be as little as 10p.

H D Sharman's Plygene Liner is a genuine long-term product. It carries a 5 year fair wear guarantee and in the event of accidental damage it is easily repaired.

Strip Curtain

Available in translucent or black, H D Sharman's Rubberised Plygene Strip Curtain is the ideal solution to keeping out rain, draughts, birds and insects etc, whilst still permitting easy access through wide entrance ways. Already used and recommended on thousands of farms.

Strip curtain is available in interior and exterior thicknesses and is supplied factory cut in any lengths ready for easy hanging.

Rubberised Plygene Sheeting

Heavy duty Rubberised Plygene Sheeting is made from tough, black UV-stabilised material that is strong, flexible and extremely versatile. It is an invaluable multi-purpose resource for dozens of applications around the farm and it will provide many years of excellent service. If the sheeting should be accidentally damaged, it is easily repaired.
