TRAINING AND SUPPORT

Although Rubberised Plygene Gutterline is extremely simple to fit, there are certain techniques and skills involved, and on more complex installations it could involve the hot air welding of Plygene components such as corners and boxes etc, in order to create a totally waterproof installation.

So that contractors can acquire the necessary skill levels required and to ensure that Gutterline is installed to their own high standards, H D Sharman offer free of charge training sessions.

These can be half day or full day sessions and are held in the specially built training centre at the company's Derbyshire headquarters.

All the courses are individually tailored to suit the needs of the contractors involved and they are usually held on a one-to-one basis.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

H D Sharman also offer a full technical support service that can include pre-tendering site visits to assist with measuring, materials specification and cost calculations.

The company also offers site visits throughout the installation stage to confirm the competency of the work, and are happy to approve finished installations prior to hand over.
