Bespoke moulded units
Sharmans range of bespoke moulded units are a key component of the market leading BBA certified Plygene Gutterline refurbishment system.
Vacuum formed at our manufacturing works to the bespoke profile of the existing gutter, they provide complete quality assurance in the traditionally problematic areas of high gutter complexity to ensure guaranteed leak prevention.
Engineered prefabrication of the units also significantly reduces the substrate preparation works required and the installation time to minimise building disruption.
Manufactured to cloak the existing detail, they are mechanically fixed and welded to the system liner to eliminate the risk of water ingress. Moreover, forming part of a system designed to move independently of the substrate, they are not susceptible to splitting through thermal movement that’s associated with bonded membranes.
Finally, each bespoke moulded unit is fully water tested in the manufacturing process to provide the systems 25 year guaranteed performance.
