Supporting contractors to refurbish gutters
The market leading choice
Plygene Gutterline is the market leading choice for all contractors whatever the size, configuration or complexity of the gutter refurb. Specifically engineered for the robust environment of the gutter, the Plygene Gutterline system prevents leaks for good and provides complete peace of mind for contractors and their end clients alike.
Refurbishment for guaranteed performance
Seamless, non-bonded and bespoke manufactured to match the profile of the existing gutter, the system design also maximises the building’s rainwater flow capacity in support of BS EN 12056 - 3 calculations.
Supplied on rolls, the liner is seamless and non-bonded in design to accommodate thermal movement caused by the freeze-thaw effect and eliminate leaks typically caused by joint movement and cracking within traditionally bonded systems.
Custom moulded, vacuum formed, gravity outlets, stop ends, corners and T-junctions are engineered to provide a complete “gutter within a gutter” and the system also includes bespoke moulded syphonic outlet kits for all common systems.
Specified fixings packs are supplied as an integral part of the system for all gutter substrate types whether steel, other metal, concrete, asbestos or timber.
Our national network of Technical Services Managers and Technical Support Centre provides full support on all site activity from initial survey through to installation and guarantee request.
Engineered for contractors
With minimal site pre-preparation and bespoke moulded units to reduce site fixing complexity, the Plygene Gutterline system is faster to install than traditional built up liquid or solid membrane general roofing product systems. Installation is equally far less weather dependent and doesn’t need an ambient temperature of 5 degrees and rising and can be installed all year round.
Unlike competitors’ products, Plygene Gutterline is the only BBA approved gutter lining system specifically engineered to restore and preserve gutter performance, eradicating the need for future re-works and giving contractors and their end clients assurance and cost certainty.
Through ongoing product development, the system has been designed to meet the challenges of all gutter environments whatever their configuration and complexity and to provide a 25 year guaranteed end to leaks and the damage they cause.
