Quality control is designed into every stage of the manufacturing process from the blending of the thermoplastic polymers through to the extrusion of the liner, the subsequent creasing of the liner and the vacuum forming of bespoke moulded system components.
Investing for performance
Significant capex investment in both plant and machinery over the last 18 months has expanded our manufacturing capacity by a third to meet the increasing market demand for the Plygene® Gutterline system.
Bespoke moulded components
Our specialist department manufactures Plygene Gutterline’s bespoke moulded system components to precise survey dimensions for all areas of gutter complexity including drainage (gravity and syphonic) outlets and component networks such as T-junctions, corners, weir overflows, etc.
The liner is extruded at a nominal thickness of 1.5mm; precision creased longitudinally using specialist tooling and cut to length in rolls to suit the specific project requirements.
Fixing packs made up from a pre-specified range of flashings, cappings and screw fixings form an integral part of the overall system design and simplify the installation process.
We run regular training courses at our purpose built training centres in Derbyshire and Wiltshire.
