Our national network of Technical Services Managers and Technical Support Centre provides full support on all site activity from initial survey through to installation and guarantee request.
We provide a suite of sales support tools including samples, specifications, marketing materials and training programmes.
Successful completion of the course leads to the award of Trained Contractor status as a Sharman’s registered contractor.
We provide installation support
Our network of regional Technical Services Managers provides full site support from the initial survey, to specification advice, through to installation and project sign off and award of the product guarantees. Additionally, our head office Technical Services team is available to answer product and installation enquiries and book contractor training programmes at our Technical Centre for Excellence.
We provide logistics and manufacturing support
Our Manufacturing and Logistics team is focused on minimising lead times and keeping contractors fully updated on all aspects of delivery to avoid any programme disruption.
