The Sharman’s Technical Support team consists of a national network of Technical Services Managers as well as a dedicated head office technical helpline for both specifiers and contractors. The team combines significant product knowledge with a wealth of practical hands-on experience to offer advice and support at all stages of the design and install process from initial site survey through to specification generation and on-site installation audit and inspection.
Our Project Flow full service support for specifiers and building managers includes:
- Site surveys
- Existing condition reports
- Bespoke system specifications
- Guarantee and BBA accreditation documentation
- A qualified selection of Trained Contractors to match the specific project requirements
Full support for contractors is provided at each stage of the process from an initial comprehensive training programme at our purpose built Training Centre that covers all areas of surveying and installation, through to site based technical support and project certification prior to release of any system guarantees.
